- Reports of misused photos or likenesses — treated as urgent. See the Content & AI Policy.
Things you can do without emailing us
These are all in Account, and they are instant:
- Change your plan, or buy Extra Content Sets.
- Cancel your subscription. Your monthly generation limits remain available through the billing period you have paid for.
- Close your account. Everything is held for 30 days in case you change your mind, and your plan is paused so you are not charged meanwhile.
- Update your business details, brand voice and colours.
If something is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else you could send. If a generation failed, its allowance is automatically restored — you do not need to ask for that.
