The agreement between you and Beauty Bee: what you get, what you pay, and what each of us is responsible for.

Takes effect when Beauty Bee opens to the public

The short version.

You choose a monthly plan based on how often you want to post. Each monthly Content Set includes one Reel, one carousel, and one Story generation. The content you make is yours — post it, sell from it, use it however you like. Plans renew every month until you stop them, and you can stop them yourself at any time.

Who this agreement is with

Beauty Bee is operated by AD Venture Group LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Using Beauty Bee means you accept these terms. If you are using it for a business, you are agreeing on that business's behalf.

You must be 18 or older.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
One account per person or business. Do not share logins to get around your plan's generation limits.
Tell us at once if you think someone else is in your account.

The Honey Line

The Honey Line is an optional browser-based conversation with Honey, Beauty Bee's AI voice assistant. A clear recording notice appears beside the pickup control before the microphone starts. By swiping or tapping to pick up, you agree that any optional Hotline answers you selected and your live audio may be sent to OpenAI, and that Beauty Bee may record, transcribe, store, and review the conversation for quality, training, and FAQ improvement. If you do not agree, do not pick up.

Signed-in customers may separately turn on account personalization for one call. When on, Beauty Bee sends OpenAI a compact snapshot of customer-entered business name and profession plus aggregate Beauty Bee activity. It excludes photos, generated media, captions, social-account identity, passwords, payment details, and client information. Turning it on helps Honey ground a suggestion; it does not authorize Honey to post, message, purchase, book, or change anything.

Each caller transcript turn is placed in the owner's private FAQ Inbox. When the FAQ does not fully answer a question, Honey may also save a provisional draft there for the owner to improve. Questions and drafts are not added to Honey's live knowledge automatically. Beauty Bee may turn reviewed questions into de-identified FAQ material, but will not intentionally publish your name, voice recording, or other identifying details as part of an FAQ.

Do not use the Honey Line to provide passwords, payment-card information, health records, confidential business information, or personal information about someone else. Honey is an AI assistant and her answers are not legal, medical, or financial advice.

Honey Flight monthly challenge

Honey Flight is an optional skill game. Monthly periods follow Eastern Time. Only scores calculated by Beauty Bee's server from a completed in-game flight are eligible; screenshots and numbers typed or edited outside the game are not proof of a score. The public leaderboard uses the social handle you choose to submit, and you can remove that public entry at any time.

For an announced prize period, the highest eligible verified score at the end of the month is the prospective winner. A tie goes to the score achieved first. Leaderboard positions remain provisional while Beauty Bee checks eligibility and unusual or automated play. Bots, scripts, tampered game traces, multiple accounts, or attempts to interfere with verification may be rejected or disqualified.

The challenge card or separate official rules will identify the prize, exact entry dates, eligibility limits, and winner-contact process before a prize period opens. No purchase is necessary. A visible pilot leaderboard by itself does not open a prize period. Challenges are void where prohibited, and any posted official rules control if they differ from this summary.

Prepaid credits

New Ghost Lash purchases use prepaid credits without a monthly subscription. The base rate is 10 credits per $1; any extra credits included with a larger pack are identified as a bonus. Purchased credits and included bonus credits do not expire.

Your video selections and resolution determine its credit total, shown beside Generate before you confirm. When your request is accepted, that quoted amount is deducted once. It is a fixed upfront price, not an itemized provider bill. Credits are not automatically reconciled or returned if the final cost differs or generation fails.

Existing saved work can be resumed without a duplicate charge. A retry or extra take that starts a new paid generation has its own credit quote before confirmation. Selecting existing clips, stitching them together, and downloading a finished Reel do not require additional credits. See the Refund Policy for payment problems and refund requests. Nothing here limits rights required by applicable law.

Existing plans and Content Sets

The following rules describe the earlier allowance system for existing plans and projects. They are not offers for a new monthly subscription and do not change the prepaid-credit rules above.

One Content Set includes one Reel generation, one carousel generation, and one Story generation. Each format has its own monthly limit, and you may create the three formats at different times. A plan includes:

Busy Bee — $19 a month for 4 Content Sets: up to 4 Reels, 4 carousels, and 4 Stories
Honey Pro — $49 a month for 10 Content Sets: up to 10 Reels, 10 carousels, and 10 Stories
Queen Bee — $99 a month for 20 Content Sets: up to 20 Reels, 20 carousels, and 20 Stories

If you need more before your month is up, you can buy Extra Content Sets:

1 Extra Content Set — $15
3 Extra Content Sets — $39
5 Extra Content Sets — $59

Three rules worth knowing before you buy:

Monthly Content Sets do not roll over. Unused monthly Reel, carousel, and Story generations expire when your plan resets.
Extra Content Sets remain until used. Each purchased set adds one Reel, one carousel, and one Story generation.
Extra Content Sets need an active plan. They supplement a subscription rather than replacing one.

A successfully delivered generation uses the allowance for that format. If you choose to generate another version of delivered content, that new request uses another generation. If Beauty Bee cannot finish a generation, it does not count against either your monthly or purchased allowance.

Billing and renewal of existing plans

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. For an existing monthly plan:

Plans are monthly and renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Payment is taken by Stripe on the same date each month.
You can cancel any time from Account in Beauty Bee. You keep your plan and remaining monthly generations until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It is not a refund of the current one — that is covered by the Refund Policy.
If a payment fails we may pause your plan until it goes through.

Prices can change, but never mid-month and never without telling you first. If a new price does not suit you, cancel before it starts.

What you own

The content you make with Beauty Bee is yours. Post it, print it, run ads with it, put it on your website. We do not take a cut or charge a royalty when you use it.

Your photos and any previously uploaded face-scan video stay yours too. To run the service we need permission to store them and existing scan frames, send the source images needed for generation to the AI provider, create and store reusable AI Twin reference views, and show those files back to you — and that is all we use them for. Generated side views are estimates that you must review before activating a Twin. We do not use your uploads, AI Twin, or content to train AI models, and we do not license them to anyone else.

One honest limit: AI-generated images are not always eligible for copyright protection in the United States. That is the law's position on machine-made work, not a restriction we are placing on you.

Intellectual Property, Unauthorized Copying and AI-Assisted Replication

Beauty Bee and its licensors retain all rights in their software, original website content and graphics, protected design elements, templates, and private production materials, including proprietary prompts, instructions, workflow configurations and reference assets (“Beauty Bee Materials”). Access to the service does not grant permission to copy or reproduce those materials beyond the uses expressly permitted by these Terms.

Without Beauty Bee’s express authorization, you must not:

Copy or reproduce the website or service: scrape, harvest, copy, reproduce, adapt, repackage or distribute Beauty Bee Materials to create a copy of our website or service, including a rebranded version offered under another name.
Extract private production materials: attempt to obtain or disclose nonpublic prompts, template instructions, private workflow configurations, reference assets or other confidential production materials through unauthorized access, extraction or circumvention of access restrictions.
Use AI or another party to carry out prohibited copying: use AI agents, automated browsers, bots, scripts or other tools—or instruct another person—to perform these prohibited activities on your behalf.
Conceal the source: remove or conceal ownership notices, or represent Beauty Bee Materials as your own work.

Changing names, colors, branding or wording, or using AI to make changes, does not grant rights to Beauty Bee’s underlying protected materials. Public visibility does not by itself grant a license to reuse them in another product.

You are responsible for activities you instruct or authorize an agent or other tool to carry out. An agent tasked with conduct prohibited by this section must stop that activity. Work expressly authorized by Beauty Bee’s owner is permitted only within the scope of that authorization.

Enforcement: Beauty Bee may suspend access under these Terms, request removal of infringing copies, and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Customer rights remain unchanged: these restrictions do not change customers’ permitted use of the service, ownership of their uploads, or existing rights to use, download, share and commercially use their finished creations. They do not override applicable third-party licenses or rights that the law does not allow us to restrict.

Connecting and posting to social platforms

You may connect your own Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or X destination through that platform's OAuth permission screen. Beauty Bee does not need and will not ask for the password to that social account. You must have authority to connect and publish to every account, Page, profile, board, or channel you select.

Finishing a reel does not publish it. Before anything is submitted, Beauty Bee shows the destination accounts, platform-specific copy and settings, and either send now or the scheduled date, time, and timezone. You can edit the review and deselect platforms. Pressing the final confirm button instructs Beauty Bee to send that reviewed version to each selected platform and gives us the limited permission needed to do so on your behalf.

Where a platform's reviewed API supports place tags, you may explicitly select a real platform place during review. Current verified support is limited to Threads and X. Beauty Bee sends that place ID only to the selected platform and does not insert a location into your caption when the platform does not support it. You are responsible for choosing a place that honestly relates to the post.

A scheduled time is when Beauty Bee starts submitting, not a promise that every platform will make the post public at that exact moment. Platforms may process, reject, limit, moderate, delay, or change the visibility of a submission. One platform may succeed while another is still processing or fails; successful posts are not rolled back just because a different destination fails. Beauty Bee shows each destination's status as accurately as the platform reports it.

You remain responsible for the caption, claims, music, media, audience and disclosure choices you confirm, and for following each platform's terms and account rules. Disconnecting Beauty Bee prevents later use of that authorization, but it does not remove posts already delivered; manage or delete those on the receiving platform.

Using it properly

What you may upload and create is set out in the Content & AI Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short: only use photos you have the right to use, get permission from anyone recognisable in them, and do not pass generated images off as photographs of real results.

Also, do not:

Break, probe, or overload the service, or try to get at other people's accounts.
Resell Beauty Bee, or use it to run a content service for other businesses without asking us.
Use bots to create accounts or generate content in bulk.

There are practical limits too: uploads up to 20MB, and two generations running at once.

Closing your account

You can close your account yourself from Account. Your plan is paused so you are not charged, and everything is held for 30 days in case you change your mind. Sign back in during that window and it all comes back. After 30 days it is deleted permanently and the subscription is cancelled.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Content & AI Policy. Where it is fair to, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first. Anything involving a minor or a non-consensual image is closed at once.

What we do not promise

Beauty Bee is a young product and we would rather be straight with you than write something we cannot keep:

We do not promise the service is always available. Things break, providers go down, and we deploy updates.
We do not promise a particular generation will look the way you hoped. AI output varies. Failed jobs do not use your allowance; asking for another version after a successful delivery uses another generation.
We do not promise that content made here will get you followers, bookings, or revenue. That depends on your work and your market.
We do not promise that a social platform will approve an account or post, keep its API available, preserve a requested visibility, or publish at an exact scheduled time.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law gives you and does not let us exclude.

If something goes wrong

If we are at fault, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data beyond that.

Nothing here limits liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

If your use of Beauty Bee causes a claim against us — a photo you did not have the right to use, a client who did not consent — you are responsible for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will say so here and date it, and where it materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Carrying on using Beauty Bee after that means the new version applies. If it does not suit you, cancel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute belongs in the courts of New Jersey.
